First thing we did was show Baby G his Easter basket.
Daddy and Baby G were checking out his new book.
Still not sure if he's awake.
Seems to be fighting it.
Aw... now he's awake and happy.
Happy Easter sweet boy!!
Since Baby G doesn't eat candy we decided to get him a book and two CDs to listen to in the car. The bunny was actually a gift from his Grandma but it made the Easter basket look better.
We spent the rest of the morning in church with our Sonrise Service, a great breakfast, and our regular Easter Service. Then we headed home for a huge Easter meal and before long we were all outside playing.
My nephew spent most of his time playing wiffle ball...
Baby G enjoyed playing too.....in his own way.
My nieces were enjoying their new Easter present from Nana and Gampa.
Mr. G got in on the game....um, I hope he sees our nephew there.
I think the grandma's would agree that it doesn't get any better than this.
At one point my nephew tried to help Baby G put his shoe back on...
I guess he got frustrated that Baby G wouldn't sit still.
Now...back to the game.
He sure was trying...
But the bat was just too big.
Then we tried for a group photo.
But the two boys couldn't sit still.
Hey....this one's not too bad and we got a good shot of grandma in the background.
Then it was time for the Easter egg hunt.
Here's Baby G grabbing his first egg.
I think he thought it was a ball which was perfect for Baby G.
Egg #2!!!
He must spy an egg off in the distance.
Yep. Egg #3!!!!
He also enjoyed putting it in his Easter basket and taking it back out.
I think if Baby G could talk he would say that he had a pretty good Easter.
And lets not forget about Marley. He enjoyed the day too.
